ＳHIN: ウェルカム・バック、ジョニー、とでも言いたくなるこのダークにして、癖のある作品。ジョニーがジョニーたる所以とは、このような個性的な脚本での演技でこそ。ポップなジョニーも好きですが、『デッドマン』『ドンファン』、もう一歩譲って『シザーハンズ』あたりの、周縁者の暗黒面を演じた作品が、やっぱりピカイチです。ジョニー自身のパーソナリティをよりよく知るには、やはりこの手の小品を網羅するのが近道かも。ところで、原作『ロチェスター卿の猿』、復刊されないのでしょうかね。

Chiko8250: 【If you like voluptuous women..】 Superb actors in key roles; a reasonably accurate historical drama. Tinto Brass knew what he was going for when he directed this film. There is， however， a scene with a woman and a snake). I’m not going to complain in great detail about that， since there is a lot that this movie leaves in as far as detail goes， but in a way Gucionne is this film’s worst enemy. I take the movie as it is， though. It still works in my eyes， no matter how much trouble it was to make it. Regardless of Guccione’s extra footage， and people taking their names off the credits， it is still， as I said earlier， the most realistic Pagan Rome film ever made， and it is entertaining as hell， and damn it looks good!! There is so much to absolutely love and cherish about this movie， that it completely overshadows the negatives. Just a minor scene like the pregnant Caesonia dancing to please the psychotic emperor completely makes up for the lesbian scene. If you wants to see Brass’ version， it exists on an R2 DVD entitled ”Io Caligola” and is worth seeking out. Events are placed in the right order， and best of all， it has the director’s approval. There is also， of course， the absolutely laughable R-rated version. I don’t know why this version exists， and I don’t want to know. When you see it before the uncut version， it is an incoherent piece of garbage， but if you see it after， it is hysterical. One minute Caligula and Tiberius are on the top floor of Capri， then in the next frame they are on the bottom， and vice verse. A drinking game could be made out of how many times it randomly cuts to bull horns in the first orgy scene. There was at one point a legendary 210 minute version that was shown at Cannes， but that version has since disappeared. I’ve given up looking for it， and I can find anything. This is one of the few films that interested me as a cinephile while satisfying my inner trash fiend.★★★★★

くぅちゃん20190325: 紀伊國屋書店から順次発売されているフリッツ・ラング監督作品。 ●以前に同シリーズの『メトロポリス』を購入し、現在見ることの出来るサイレント期の映像とは思えぬほどの鮮明な映像を取り戻させた修復作業の結果には震えしました。今回の購入の動機は『メトロポリス』ありきでした。 ●『ニーベルンゲン』は確かこれまでは『ジークフリード』のタイトルで短縮版？のビデオテープが発売されており、私もレンタルで見た事がありました。今回のDVDはほぼ完全に近いオリジナル版の再現です。画質は『メトロポリス』のようにブラッシュアップされている訳ではありませんが、状態の良いマスターのようでサイレント期の作品としては良いほうだと思います。本作の為に書かれたスコアも収録されています。音楽の効果は絶大です…！ ●はりぼてドラゴンがかわいいです。 ●映像特典は『メトロポリス』に比べると尺が短く(まあ、本編がとても長いのだけど)、貴重だけど資料的な興味はあまり深くないかも知れません…。 ●ん〜、おすすめか…サイレントや白黒の映像のアレルギーのある人にはまず、お薦めできません。現在の一般的な単一タイトルの映画DVDの価格設定からして、とても高くてお薦めできません。私も「予約価格26％引き」に「ポイント」の使用の「二大システム」でやっと購入に踏み切れました。おすすめ…「お好きなら、買ってね。」

NEKO6190: いやあ、スカーレット・ヨハンソンが美しいです。化粧をしていなくても美しいのは、映像全体が美しいからだけでしょうか？マトリックス３作目でスミスが乗りうつったベインに殺される役だった女優さんが、画家の奥さん役で出ていて、彼女が泣くシーンは印象的でした。

香月亜美男: デイジーには２種類のバージョンがあって、こちらは日本でも公開されたインターナショナル版。韓国で公開されたオリジナルバージョンは日本でも「アナザーバージョン」として公開されました。(2007年DVD化予定) インターナショナル版はチョン･ジヒョンの視点、アナザーバージョンはチョン・ウソンの視点で構成されているので見比べてみると面白いと思いますよ。
